NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, 22nd May 2019
G.S.R.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (10) of section 132 read with section 469 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:-
1. Short Title and Commencement
(1) These rules may be called the National Financial Reporting Authority (Meeting for Transaction of Business) Rules, 2019.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette. |
